1- Within the framework of presidential initiatives, Prof. Dr. Al-Sharkawy, SU President launched an initiative entitled "a tree beautifies your university”. The initiative aims to beautify the surrounding areas of the faculties by their students by planting trees in the surroundings of the faculties. The kind of trees is selected suitable for the agricultural environment of the University.

2- An educational symposium was held on Monday, 12/12/2022 at the Faculty of Commerce entitled "Presidential Initiatives of Green Urbanism and the Green Suez."
