Software Development & Production Unit

Use experienced cadres represented by staff members of the SU Faculty of Computer and Information to establish the unit that performs all the software work needed by the university. The unit supports the youth who are affiliated with the university to provide them with the necessary practical expertise to start marketing and selling the products of the University to other governmental institutions and to establish a source of self-income for the University while deploying the software services of government institutions within the Arab Republic of Egypt.

 

  • Create an integrated programming platform and environment to serve as a basis for the software systems serving the University.
  • To carry out software work in support of electronic services provided by the University to its affiliates.
  • Linking all the University's information systems to ensure data integration and connecting the University's electronic systems differently.

  • Provision of information technology advisory services to all the SU units.
  • Establishing a portal to create a university e-mail for all university affiliates from students, staff members, associated staff, and employees.
  • Follow up on the University Emails Portal and assist the university affiliates in obtaining a university e-mail.

  1.  Establishing an integrated website that helps all the SU affiliates from students, staff members, associated staff, and employees to create a university e-mail.
  2.  Establish a support team to assist university associates in solving problems during their use of the University e-mail portal.
  3.  The success of the electronic testing experience is that the support team of the Software Unit supported the electronic testing unit in entering students and professors into the testing system using the university email.
  4.  Create a website to serve the URL shortening (under test).
  5.  Create a website that allows the student to edit their university e-mail databases (under test).
  6. Create an electronic payment service to obtain the services of the university's digital library (under test).
