The project aims to

Technically: the production of high-manganese steel without the need for heat treatment using Egyptian capabilities (such as equipment, raw materials, and human resources), and the use of Egyptian expertise that will be built during this project to modernize Egypt's steel industry according to global updates in this field.

Economically: reduce import of the most expensive items in the stainless-steel industry such as nickel, thus saving foreign currencies.
