Celebrating International Anti-Corruption Day entitled (struggle to thrive) under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Al-Sayed Al-Sharkawy

Within the framework of celebrating International Anti-Corruption Day and the Suez University Plan to raise awareness of the important role of anti-corruption institutions. This morning, a seminar was launched to celebrate this occasion with a view to promoting the values of citizenship and equality that the country is endeavoring to promote under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Al-Sayed Al-Sharkawy and accompanied by Brigadier Hussein Ali, Lieutenant Colonel Mohamed Tarek, Administrative Oversight Authority in Suez, and Brigadier General Ihab Sirajuddin, Secretary-General of the Governor of Suez. 

Furthermore, the seminar included the presentation of two documentary films, the first one entitled "The Guards of the Homeland," which reviews the history of Egyptian civilization based on equality and the fight against corruption, and the continuation of a well-founded approach to combating all forms of financial, administrative, and moral corruption. 

In addition, a film that included the President of the Republic's mandate to the Administrative Oversight Authority was to assist all State officials in establishing the principles of citizenship, equality, and justice. 

Brigadier General Hossein Ali has also reviewed the efforts of the Administrative Oversight Authority to preserve their capabilities and to prosecute any of those who wanted to tamper with these capabilities. 

In his speech, Al-Sharkawy stated that these firm steps taken by all oversight authorities to establish human rights principles and to combat corruption in all its forms and manifestations were an important factor in the country's development and progress. Such decisive measures were aimed at countering any suspicion of corruption that reassured and comforted the people of that country that there was an eye for monitoring all officials without any considerations or reasons.
