All students are requested to follow the steps below to complete the medical examination and university admission procedures: 

1. Review the application requirements 

Please visit the official website of Suez University to find out about the required documents and the admission steps for new students via the following link:

2. Chest X-ray: 

Have a chest X-ray carried out at a public hospital; if this is not possible, students may have the X-ray taken at Suez University Hospital. 

3. Booking a medical examination appointment: 

Students must book a medical examination appointment via the link above, pay the medical examination fee, attend the medical examination, and complete the required paperwork in accordance with the schedule of announced dates. 

4. Technical support for booking and payment: 

If a student is unable to complete the medical examination booking online, they may go to the laboratories of the Faculty of Computing and Information at the University, where a technical support team is available to assist them in completing the booking and payment procedures. 

5. Undergoing the medical examination: 

After completing the booking, the student should go to the Medical Administration at the University Hospital to complete the medical examination procedures.

6. Submission of documents to the faculty to which the student has been nominated: 

Once the medical examination has been completed, the student must go to the faculty to which they have been offered a place to submit the required documents and paperwork. 7. Digital photography 

After submitting the required documents, the student should go to the university’s digital photography unit to complete the final procedures.
