Under the patronage of Prof. Ashraf Heniegal, President of Suez University, and the supervision of Prof. Sherif Fahmy, Acting Vice President for Postgraduate Studies and Research, Suez University announces the opening of applications for postgraduate programs (Postgraduate Diploma, Master's, and PhD) for the first semester of the 2026/2027 academic year across the University's faculties.
Applications will be accepted from 1 August 2026 until 31 August 2026.

Applicants seeking admission and registration in postgraduate programs at the University's faculties are required to submit the following documents:
Bachelor's degree certificate (or equivalent first university degree).
Master's degree certificate (for PhD applicants).
Official academic transcript covering all years of undergraduate study.
Postgraduate Diploma certificate for applicants whose bachelor's degree was awarded with a "Pass" grade, or as required by the relevant faculty regulations.
Certificate confirming successful completion of the Master's or PhD preparatory stage, including a transcript of the courses completed, for applicants seeking registration.
Original birth certificate or an official certified copy.
Valid National ID card copy.
Six recent personal photographs (4 × 6 cm).
Approval from the applicant's employer permitting enrollment and study, applicable to teaching assistants, assistant lecturers, and researchers at Egyptian universities and research centers affiliated with the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
Employer's approval letter (where applicable).
Valid original military service status certificate for male applicants.
A signed declaration stating that the applicant is not currently enrolled in any diploma or academic degree program at the same faculty or any other faculty within an Egyptian university.
A signed declaration committing to two days of study leave per week, where full-time attendance is required by the program or in accordance with the faculty's internal regulations.
A certificate verifying the required professional experience for admission to postgraduate programs that require such experience under the relevant faculty's internal regulations.
Applicants must also satisfy any additional admission requirements stipulated in the internal regulations of the respective faculty.

Requirements for Awarding the Academic Degree
To be eligible for the award of a postgraduate degree, all students must complete the following training requirements offered by the University Capacity Development Center:
Postgraduate Diploma students: Successfully complete one training course.
Master's students: Successfully complete two training courses.
PhD students: Successfully complete three training courses.
In addition, all postgraduate students are required to complete the University's Digital Transformation course as a mandatory requirement for the award of their academic degree.
