Under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Al-Sayed Al-Sharkawi, SU president, this morning, the Grand Conference Hall was held the International Publishing Awards Ceremony for University staff and researchers. 

The ceremony began with the recitation of the Holy Quran. After that, Prof. Dr. Abdel Atti Lashin, SU vice-president for postgraduate studies and research affairs, explained that the University's desire to honor staff researchers reflected a belief in the importance of scientific research as a tool for advancement and progress. 

In his speech, Al-Sharqawi thanked all the researchers at Suez University for keeping up with the new science and publishing in the world's finest periodicals. 

Moreover, the president of the university indicated that the number of research published in journals with an impact factor Q1 in 2021 was 144, Q2 journals were at, the number of published research in 2021 was 344, up from 14.2% in 2020, this indicates that there has been considerable progress in scientific research at Suez University by its staff researchers.
