Under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Al-Sharkawi, SU president, a delegation of SU Egyptian and international students from participates in the peoples` week which is hosted by Asyut University during the duration from 23 to 28 of March 2022. Various Egyptian universities participate in the event through their delegations of Egyptian and international students. 

Moreover, Prof. Dr. Al-Sharkawi stated that Suez University keens to participate in such meetings because of its deep believe in their importance as they provide the students with new experiences through an intensive meal of seminars and lectures delivered by a group of distinctive symbols of thought and culture with regard to the theme of the week which is combating extremist ideology and terrorism not only on the local level for our students but also on the worldwide for various peoples. 

Then, the SU president explained that such meetings have the ability to dissolve differences between cultures and integrate our international students who came from different countries of the world to study in Egypt, their second homeland. 

Later on, from Asyut University, M. Jihan Wahed, the university director-general of student Welfare, declared that the inauguration activities started with the national anthem followed by a speech delivered by the representative of foreign delegations through which he emphasizes the importance of Egypt as the country of security, safety, and peace. He stressed the appreciation of all the peoples of the world to Egypt and Egyptians. He added that the program of the week is full of meetings, seminars, and events that have great importance and impact on all.
