Press Release on eligible skill tests for certain faculties required to pass these exams for Egyptian High School Students this year 2023

Within the framework of the schedule of work of the Office for the Coordination of Admissions of Universities and Institutes for this year 2023, the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research is pleased to announce the commencement of the Coordination Office immediately after Egypt's high school examinations. This will be done by organizing eligible skill examinations for students wishing to enroll in colleges for which admission is required to pass qualification tests, per the conditions and rules of admission issued by the Higher Council of Universities.

Therefore, to facilitate the benefit of our students, within the framework of the e-government system, and the digital transformation we are witnessing in all fields and services provided by the State in all its organs, the Ministry of Higher Education has provided the opportunity for our students to register their wishes to perform the eligible skill examinations electronically through the online coordination website of the International Information Network "Internet" from Saturday 15/7/2023 until Thursday 27/7/2023.

The following is a list of faculties whose admission is required to pass the eligible skill tests:

1. Faculties of Fine Arts (Art-Architecture).

2. Applied Arts Faculties in Universities of (Helwan, Damietta, Penha, Beni Suef).

3. Faculty of Musical Education at Zamalek, Helwan University.

4. Faculty of Artistic Education at Zamalek, Helwan University.

5. Faculty of Artistic Education, Minya University.

6. Faculties of Physical Education.

7. Faculties of Quality Education, departments of (Artistic and Musical Education) and Educational Theatre Department of the Faculty of Quality Education of Mansoura University.

8. The two departments of Artistic Education in the Faculties of (education, Suez Canal University in Ismailia, and the Faculty of Education, Suez University in Suez).

9. Faculty of Education in Ismailia (Musical Education Division) Suez Canal University.

Schedules will be fixed, faculties will be selected, and eligible skill examinations will be performed through the Online Coordination Service on the following website: https://tansik.digital.gov.eg

Registration steps for eligible skill examinations via the web coordination website:

- The student accesses the coordinating website described above and then enters the eligible skill test registration page on this website.

- The student begins the registration process for the performance of the eligible skill tests, using the national number and the student's seat number.

- The student shall have his personal data (seat number - student name - national number - governorate - educational department of the student - school - division studied by the student "Scientific - Engineering - Literary"). The student shall verify the authenticity of the data recorded on the student's website.

- The student is shown a list of the types of eligible skill tests available to the student, faculties, and places allocated to perform these tests, as well as the student's specific dates.

- The student selects the type of abilities and appointments, and the date when he will go to the faculty will be determined.

- Following the student's completion of the registration process, the student prints a receipt, including the types of abilities he wished to perform, appointments, and places for the performance of these tests in the faculties that the student registered on the coordination website.

- The relevant faculties are committed to holding eligible skill exams on time.

- The faculties are also committed to submitting and entering the results of the exams directly through the page allocated to the faculty on the coordination website for all suitable students who apply for these exams after confirming the validity of the seating number and the student's name; So as not to make mistakes with the results.

- The electronic coordination program shall be provided with the names and data of the students who have passed these tests; To be nominated accordingly. Faculties are fully responsible for these results within the allotted time, as no further results will be deemed after the closure of the online coordination site to enroll the appropriate students in these exams.

- Examinations shall be conducted on schedule once for each type of skill, and the student in which he or she is admitted shall not be allowed to perform eligible skill tests again, either at the same faculty or at another faculty, and no paper certificate awarded by the faculties shall be deemed to be the result of the eligible skill tests. This is for the sake of transparency.

Required documents when performing the faculty-eligible skill test:

1 - The student's seating number in general high school, and a copy of it for each of the eligible skill tests he wishes to perform.

2 - one personal photograph for each test, except for the physical education eligible skill test, which requires two personal photographs for those wishing to perform these tests.

Important note:

This phase is fixed to Egyptian High School students only. Later, the dates for conducting eligible skill tests for students with equivalent (Arabic-foreign) degrees, diplomas of industrial technical institutes, and industrial technical schools a system (5, 3) years will be announced in the light of the conditions and rules of admission, after the results of these students announced.
