Suez University held this morning a meeting of the International Cooperation Office Council, chaired by Prof. Dr. Ashraf Heniegal, President of the University, and attended by Prof. Dr. Ezzeldin Husseini Gad, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs; Prof. Dr. Sherif Fahmy, Acting Vice President for Graduate Studies and Research; Prof. Dr. Rania Shemaa, Director of the Office; and the esteemed members of the Council.
During the meeting, participants discussed a number of important issues reflecting the University’s orientation toward strengthening international academic cooperation. Discussions addressed ways to support student and faculty exchange programs, efforts to improve the University’s global ranking, and the development of the international students portfolio to ensure a distinguished educational environment. The meeting also emphasized expanding joint research projects with international universities and institutions, in addition to enhancing dual-degree programs that offer students broader and more diverse educational opportunities.
In a statement following the meeting, the University President affirmed that these efforts come within the framework of Suez University’s commitment to openness to the world and to expanding horizons of cooperation with international universities and research institutions. He stressed that the University encourages continuous communication with educational and research partners at home and abroad, contributing to the building of knowledge and cultural bridges and enhancing the University’s standing at both the regional and international levels.
