Sun. 01 Feb, 2026

In a gesture of appreciation that reflects the university administration's keenness to support its administrative staff, Prof. Dr. Ashraf Hnijal, SU President, has decided to take a series of decisions to support employees.

First: material and moral appreciation

Disbursing a sum of money to all university employees, in appreciation of their tangible efforts in advancing work during the past period, considering social burdens.

Second: Postponing financial deductions (120-minute system)

As part of his keenness to facilitate matters for employees, the SU President addressed officials at the Ministry of Finance to postpone the start of procedures for implementing financial deductions imposed on those whose delay periods exceed monthly (120 minutes).

Third: Balancing discipline and the human aspect

Dr. "Hnijal" said that this postponement comes until the committee formed by the university finishes studying the file from all its legal and humanitarian aspects, with the aim of:

Compulsive screening: Ensure that committed employees who may face exceptional obstacles or emergency circumstances are not harmed.

Achieving justice: establishing a mechanism that ensures a delicate balance between the desired administrative discipline and considering justified humanitarian situations, in a way that does not conflict with the public interest.

The SU President concluded by emphasizing that the university is not satisfied with being merely an educational institution, but rather a social entity that places the support of its human resources at the top of its priorities, in full compliance with the laws and regulations governing it.

The SU Community is always one hand.
