Awareness of labor law: Promoting a culture of rights and duties for workers and employers, and raising awareness of labour law provisions and related legislation, with particular emphasis on occupational safety and health.
Supporting freelancing and entrepreneurship: Implementing qualification and awareness programs to support startups, and providing professional and technical guidance to foster a culture of entrepreneurship and self-employment.
Studies and research: Preparing joint studies on current and future labor market needs and trends, and translating research outputs into practical, actionable recommendations.
Integrating persons with disabilities into the labour market: Developing specialized training and qualification programs to integrate persons with disabilities into the labor market, ensuring their effective participation in development.
In a statement, the President of Suez University noted that signing this protocol with the Ministry of Manpower reflects the University’s commitment to linking the educational process with labor market requirements and preparing graduates capable of competing locally and regionally. This is achieved through continuous training, support for entrepreneurship and self-employment, and a strong focus on integrating persons with disabilities, thereby advancing social justice and sustainable development.
