In a new achievement added to the record of Suez University, students from the Faculty of Dentistry participated in the events of the World Dentistry Conference, under the patronage of Prof. Ashraf Hanigel, President of the University, and the supervision of Prof. Shatha Hammad, Dean of the Faculty.
The students succeeded in earning outstanding results across various scientific and practical competitions, reflecting the high level of academic and professional excellence the faculty has attained.
The results were as follows:
Shahd Osama: First place in the Restorative Dentistry category.
Mohannad Adel Mohamed Salem: Second place in the Biomaterials category.
Kholoud Ashraf: Third place in the Surgery category.
Group Competition Results
Second place in the E-exam competition.
Fourth place in the team competition, with participation from: Ziad Abdel Latif, Nada Ali, Ahmed Saleh, Omar Kamel, and Mohamed Ashraf.
On this occasion, the President of Suez University offered his heartfelt congratulations and appreciation to the students for their honorable achievements. He also expressed gratitude to the faculty members of the College of Dentistry for their sincere efforts in supporting students and refining their skills, affirming that such distinguished performance reflects the university’s commitment to advancing the educational process.
He further emphasized that student participation in such events represents a golden opportunity to gain experience, exchange knowledge, and stay updated on the latest developments in the field of dentistry—contributing to the preparation of a generation capable of global competitiveness and enhancing the standing of Egyptian universities in international forums.
For her part, the Dean of the Faculty expressed her sincere appreciation and thanks to the University President for his continuous support of the faculty and its students, which has had a significant impact on achieving these honorable results.
