The Board of Directors of the SU Performance Development Center at Suez University held its regular meeting, chaired by Prof. Dr. Ashraf Hnijal, SU President, and attended by the SU Vice Presidents and the Board members.

The Board reviewed the performance reports of the Center's units during the 2024/2025 academic year, which highlighted clear efforts in developing academic and administrative work within the University.

The most important achievements were:

- Significant progress in the Center's various units' performance.

- Development of training and qualification programs for teaching staff members and associated staff.

- Support for quality and academic accreditation activities in line with international standards.

The Council also discussed several proposals aimed at strengthening the role of the Center during the coming phase, the most notable of which were:

- Developing the digital transformation system to ensure increased performance efficiency and speed of work completion.

- Expanding the application of electronic testing to include various faculties, thereby enhancing transparency and accuracy in student assessment.

- Supporting the Assessment and Measurement Unit to develop modern tools for measuring academic and professional performance.

- Activating the role of the International Cooperation Office in building new partnerships with foreign universities and research centers.

- Strengthening the role of the International Classification Unit to continue improving the university's global ranking.

- Creating awards for outstanding individuals at the university in the fields of teaching, scientific research, and community service, thereby stimulating creativity and excellence.

At the conclusion of the meeting, the SU president emphasized the importance of continuing to work as a team and intensifying efforts to achieve further accomplishments that enhance Suez University's rank both locally and internationally.
