It is worth noting that the Egyptian Banking Institute was established by the Central Bank of Egypt in 1991 as its official training arm, applying international best practices to enhance the technical and managerial skills of professionals in the financial and banking sector. The institute’s vision is to become the preferred partner for human capital development in the Egyptian banking system and a beacon for banking sector advancement across strategic countries in the Arab world and Africa. Since 2004, the Institute has contributed to bridging the gap between academic education and labor market requirements by offering the “Training for Employment” program for recent graduates of Egyptian universities.
