As part of Suez University’s commitment to enhancing the quality of healthcare services provided by the University Hospital, Prof. Dr. Ashraf Heniegal, President of the University, began his activities this morning with an inspection visit to the hospital’s outpatient clinics to follow up on operations and ensure the quality of both medical and administrative performance.
He was received by Prof. Dr. Doaa Mohamed Said, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine; Prof. Dr. Asser Abdelhay Salam, Executive Director of the University Hospital; Dr. Mohamed Wagih, Director of the Clinics; along with a group of doctors and teaching assistants, who welcomed the visit as a direct show of support for the university’s healthcare system.
The University President toured the various sections of the outpatient clinics, reviewed the patient admission procedures and the medical service delivery system, and assessed compliance with professional and humanitarian standards in handling different cases. He expressed satisfaction with the discipline and dedication he witnessed during the visit.
In his statement, Heniegal stressed the need to continue working diligently to provide advanced and distinguished healthcare services that effectively support the healthcare system in Suez Governorate. He also emphasized the importance of intensifying efforts and providing all necessary support to medical teams to ensure healthcare services worthy of the Egyptian citizen.
He further instructed that any obstacles hindering workflow in the clinics should be promptly addressed, and that the work environment should be improved to ensure the comfort of both patients and medical staff.
