As part of efforts to promote a culture of leadership and social responsibility among youth, Suez University today launched the training program “You Are Also Responsible” in cooperation with the National Training Academy. The program is held under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Ashraf Heniegal, President of Suez University, in collaboration with Dr. Sulafa Goueli, Executive Director of the Academy. The program is coordinated by Dr. Ahmed Abdel-Ghani, with lectures delivered by Academy trainers Dr. Mahmoud Zakaria and Dr. Shaimaa El-Shabrawy.
The program aims to empower students with effective leadership skills, foster initiative and responsibility, and enhance their ability to address societal challenges, in line with the state’s vision of preparing a conscious and qualified generation ready to participate in building the future.
Prof. Dr. Heniegal stated that Suez University is always keen to provide a comprehensive educational environment that goes beyond academics to include the development of students’ leadership character. He emphasized that this program represents an important step in that direction.
The event witnessed wide participation from university students, who actively engaged in workshops and training sessions delivered by a distinguished group of trainers and experts in leadership, management, and human development, in an atmosphere full of enthusiasm and eagerness to learn and grow.
