Announcement of applications for postgraduate studies for the academic year 2025/2026

Suez University announces the opening of applications for postgraduate studies (Diploma – Master’s – PhD). Applications are open for the first semester of the 2025/2026 academic year from August 17 to September 18, 2025, with submission available in both paper and electronic formats.

Registration Steps Guide

Required documents for applicants seeking enrollment/registration in postgraduate programs at the university’s faculties are as follows:

Bachelor’s degree certificate.

Master’s degree certificate (for PhD applicants).

Academic transcript covering all undergraduate years.

Postgraduate diploma certificate.

Proof of completion of Master’s/PhD preparatory courses, including a list of the courses completed (for applicants seeking registration).

Birth certificate or official extract.

Valid national ID card (copy).

Six (6) personal photographs (size 4×6).

Approval from the employer for enrollment and study (for teaching assistants and researchers at Egyptian universities and research centers affiliated with the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research).

Approval from employer (for applicants who are officers in the Armed Forces or Police).

Military service status certificate (for male applicants).

Applicant’s declaration confirming that they are not currently enrolled in any diploma or degree program in the same or another faculty at any Egyptian university.

Applicant’s signed a declaration of study commitment for two days per week, if required (or according to internal faculty regulations).

Certificate of required professional experience for admission to programs that stipulate this condition in their faculty bylaws.

Plastic file folder.

In addition to the specific conditions outlined in each faculty’s bylaws as requirements for enrollment.

For international students:

Applications must be submitted through the Study in Egypt platform.

Condition for awarding academic degrees from the university:

All students must complete the following courses offered by the University’s Capacity Development Center as a requirement for degree conferral:

Postgraduate Diploma students: one (1) course.

Master’s students: two (2) courses.

PhD students: three (3) courses.

All students must complete the Digital Transformation course as a requirement for degree conferral.
