Today, Under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Mohammed Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Major General Staff of War, Abdelmadjid Saqr, Suez Governor, Prof. Dr. Al-Sharqawi, SU President, and under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Said Hamid Abadi, SU Vice-President for Community Service and Environment Development, Suez University carried out a comprehensive development convoy in partnership with universities of East Delta Province (Suez Canal - Damietta - Port Said - Al Arish) and in cooperation with Hayat Karima Initiative.

The convoy members went to Al-Janain district in the areas of the Community Development Association in Jnifa, Shabab Al-Khair Association in kebrit Al-Bahara, and Community Development Association outpatient clinics in Shamindura. The convoy resulted in the provision of a free and integrated medical system for patients, including medical examination and free medicines in addition to holding several awareness-raising seminars to develop health awareness, health protection in general, women's health and reproductive health, provide guidance to women and children in personal hygiene and proper nutrition.

The convoy included elite staff members of distinguished cadres in various medical disciplines "General Surgery, Orthopedic, Internal and Digestive Systems, Chest Disease, Cardiovascular, Otolaryngology, Pediatrics, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Dermatology, Family Medicine, Internal and Cardiology, ophthalmology, Dentistry, Nursing, Pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine, and Fish Resources. The total number of cases benefiting from the convoy was 1780. In addition to awareness-raising lectures on the importance of family planning and the seriousness of population growth on individuals and society.

SU President stated that this convoy is one of the roles the University seeks to achieve by providing its various services to the surrounding community based on the University's potential and human cadres at the highest level.
