As part of Suez University’s ongoing commitment to monitoring the performance of its medical facilities, Prof. Dr. Ashraf Heniegal, President of the University, conducted a field visit this morning to the outpatient clinics at the university hospital to assess the level of services provided to citizens and to ensure the regularity of operations and the provision of a suitable treatment environment.

This visit falls within the scope of the routine inspections regularly carried out by the University President. During his tour, he inspected various outpatient departments, reviewed their workflow, and observed the commitment of the medical and administrative staff to delivering patient care efficiently and promptly.

During the visit, Prof. Heniegal made a point of speaking with several citizens attending the clinics, listening to their feedback and suggestions, and ensuring that all forms of support and care were available to them. He emphasized that patient comfort and the quality of healthcare services remain top priorities for the university.

He also met with members of the medical team and listened to their perspectives and proposals regarding performance development and the improvement of the work environment. He stressed the importance of redoubling efforts and working as a team to deliver high-quality healthcare services that meet the expectations of the outpatient visitors.
