As part of Suez University's commitment to fulfilling its societal role and enhancing the quality of services provided, Prof. Dr. Ashraf Heniegal, President of the University, conducted a field tour this morning to inspect the workflow within the outpatient clinics of the university hospital. During the visit, he closely followed both the medical and administrative performance, praising the efforts of the staff and their ongoing dedication to delivering high-quality healthcare services worthy of the steadfast people of Suez.
Dr. Heniegal emphasized the importance of daily monitoring of the clinics and continuous evaluation to ensure smooth operations and the provision of comprehensive healthcare services.
The University President was keen to meet with several citizens visiting the clinics, listening to their opinions and feedback regarding the level of service. He instructed the officials to promptly resolve the issues raised and work immediately to overcome any obstacles, stressing that citizens' comfort and the quality of healthcare are top priorities for the university as part of its genuine community role.
He also pointed out that the Suez University Hospital project is undergoing continuous development, with efforts underway to complete the remaining phases according to the set timeline, to ensure the delivery of top-tier medical services that meet modern standards and fulfill the expectations of the hospital’s visitors.
