Within the framework of the Armed Forces' keenness to cooperate with civil society and coordinate with all state agencies and institutions, the Popular and Military Defense Forces implemented several projects for joint practical training to manage and confront crises and disasters in the governorates of Fayoum, Matruh, and Kafr El-Sheikh with the participation of the executive bodies of each governorate by implementing scenarios that include lining up equipment and vehicles and ensuring their efficiency and the understanding of the operating crews of their tasks, as well as inspecting emergency shelter camps and ensuring their readiness. At the end of the training in the governorates, several families of martyrs who sacrificed their blood and lives for the advancement of Egypt were honored.
A combined educational seminar at Suez University was organized in the presence of (2000) students and teaching staff members from (9) public and private universities, in addition to organizing three educational seminars at the universities of Fayoum, Matruh, and Sadat, during which the risks and challenges surrounding the Egyptian state were discussed in light of the current changes at the international and regional level. As well as the role and efforts undertaken by the state in various fields, followed by honoring several families of martyrs and people of determination.
After the seminars, Major General Osama Abdel Hamid Daoud, Commander of the Popular and Military Defense Forces, delivered a speech during which he conveyed the greetings and appreciation of General Abdel Majid Saqr, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Minister of Defense and Military Production, and General Ahmed Khalifa, Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces to the attendees, pointing to the importance of having the right awareness of the current challenges and how to confront them in a way that puts the interest of the homeland above all considerations.
The Commander of the Popular and Military Defense Forces, accompanied by several Egyptian university students, visited the wounded of the war operations from the heroes of the Armed Forces at the Armed Forces Hospital in Helmiya in recognition of their sacrifices to protect the homeland and safeguard its sanctities.
The Popular and Military Defense Forces organized two product exhibitions for disabled Egyptians at the Armed Forces Hotel and Club in Ras Al-Bar and the Infantry House in Cairo, in cooperation with the National Council for Disabled, to showcase their products. In addition to organizing several visits for employees of ministries and directorates and Egyptian students from universities and schools to several military units and national development projects to inform them of the efforts of the armed forces and the achievements of the Egyptian state to achieve Egypt's Vision 2030.
