On the morning of the first working day following the Eid al-Adha holiday, Prof. Dr. Ashraf Heniegal, President of Suez University, conducted an inspection visit to the outpatient clinics at the university hospital. The visit aimed to monitor workflow and ensure the delivery of high-quality healthcare services to citizens.
The university president began his visit by exchanging holiday greetings with the clinic visitors, engaging in informal conversations with patients to ensure that all means of comfort were available to them during their medical care. He also toured the various clinic departments and met with physicians and nursing staff, listening to their observations and work-related needs in order to provide the necessary support.
In a statement, the university president expressed his personal satisfaction with the public’s daily growing trust in the health services offered by the outpatient clinics. He affirmed that this trust serves as both a motivation and a significant responsibility to continue the hospital’s development and complete the remaining construction phases, with the goal of delivering advanced, integrated healthcare services that meet the needs of the people of Suez.
