As part of efforts to support and empower female talent, Prof. Dr. Ashraf Heniegal, President of Suez University, took part in the interview sessions for the “Women Lead” initiative under the Executive Track, organized by the National Training Academy.  .
During the visit, he met with Dr. Rasha Ragheb, Executive Director of the Academy, where they discussed ways to enhance cooperation between the university and the academy, particularly in preparing and qualifying cadres, with a focus on supporting women in assuming leadership roles and decision-making positions.
This participation affirms Suez University’s vital role in supporting national initiatives and collaborating with institutions dedicated to human development and empowering Egyptians to engage effectively in sustainable development pathways.
