Dr. Ashraf Hnijal, President of Suez University, said that President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi’s attendance at the Labor Day celebration in Suez is a great celebration for them and a presidential appreciation for their role in building the future.
Therefore, the SU President added in a special statement to Al-Dustour that President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi’s keenness to participate in this celebration in the valiant Suez is not just a symbolic participation, but rather a clear message that cannot be interpreted.
Moreover, Hnijal explained that President Sisi’s presence at the celebration reflects the Egyptian state’s interest and appreciation for the great role of Egypt’s workers in achieving development and progress for this country, and the political leadership’s emphasis on the role of the Egyptian worker in building the new republic.
Dr. Ashraf Hnijal also assured that the President’s choice of Suez to be the prelude of the new labor law is a great honor that writes a new chapter of glory and history for this valiant city, which has always been a symbol of challenge and steadfastness. Just as it witnessed in the past an honorable history of seizing the freedom of this country, today it is witnessing a future. Luminous, brighter, in which the spirit of construction and development is renewed, so that Suez will be a starting point towards a promising economic and development future.
He said: "As the President emphasized, this promising law represents a qualitative leap in the process of ensuring labor rights, enhances social protection for workers, especially irregular workers, and reflects the vision of the Egyptian state in achieving social justice and achieving a balance between the interests of workers and business owners.".
The SU President referred that pointed out that all of this and many other procedures and measures are not just a package of governmental and administrative decisions, but rather a thoughtful set of precise strategic steps, which will inevitably have a great impact in building a great homeland with roots in history that will make its future the greatest country.
