Under the auspices and attendance of Prof. Dr. Ashraf Hnijal, the marathon of the SU student union elections was concluded by electing the Council of the SU Students' Union at the Faculty of Engineering in the presence of Prof. Dr. Ezzedine Husseini Jad, Acting SU Vice-President for Education and Student Affairs, Prof. Dr. Sameh Yahya, Dean of Dr. Ahmed Al-Dosouki, the leader of SU Students for Egypt Community, and several deans of faculties, SU teaching staff members, and students.

At the beginning of the meeting, the SU President delivered a speech welcoming the attendees, praising the positivity he had seen during the previous days through the election stages of faculties and substantive committees.

He stressed his keenness to involve all students who can work for the public because of the pros and cons of this democratic experience. The SU President also stressed that throughout the election period, all officials at the University were within one distance of all candidates so that everyone could cast his vote with the utmost freedom to produce the best elements that can lead public work in a university during the coming period.

In conclusion, Hnijal emphasized that everyone who participated in this democratic race would be a winner regardless of the outcomes because positivity and participation were most important.
