In the presence of Dr. Khaled Abdul Ghaffar, Deputy Prime Minister for Human Development and Minister of Health and Population, and Prof. Dr. Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, the SU President attended the celebration of the 75^th anniversary of the "Fullbright" educational and cultural exchange between Egypt and the United States of America, and the opening of a symposium "From laboratory to market", organized by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and Fullbright. It was attended by M. Hiro Mustafa, Ambassador of the United States of America in Cairo, Dr. Maggie Nassif, Executive Director of Fulbright, several Ambassadors, University Presidents, Fullbright entity, and Ministry leaders.

Therefore, the SU President expressed his pleasure at attending this event, which reflects the depth of cultural and scientific relations between Egypt and the United States thus he praised Fullbright's role in this regard.

Moreover, the SU President underlined the statement made by the Minister of Higher Education in his speech about the role of this cooperation between Fullbright and the Ministry in supporting the principle of "innovation" as one of the most important principles of the National Strategy for Higher Education and Scientific Research and contributing to the building of bridges linking scientific research to the industry to promote the national economy, according to the directives of the Egyptian President Abd Abdul Fatah Al Sisi.
