To give effect to the presidential initiative, "A New Beginning for the Construction of Egyptian Human Beings under the auspices of Mr. Abdel Fattah el-Sisi, the Egyptian President, and directions of Dr. Mohammed Ayman Ashour, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, a field visit to Dar Al Amal Elderly House at Al-Mlaha. It was conducted under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Ashraf Hnijal, the SU President, and the supervision of Prof. Dr. Duaa Mohamed Syed, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, in the presence of Prof. Dr. Saied Al Shamaa, Undersecretary for Community Service and Environment Development, Dr. Tayseer Metwali Mustafa _ Medical Caravan Coordinator and coordinator of “Bedaya” Initiative of the Faculty of Medicine.

Moreover, Mr. Hamdi Siddiq, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the “Start” Foundation for Community Service, and his staff received the visit. The attendees provided special files to record the patients' data from the health history and public disclosure and record the results of medical analyses if any as well as the list of medications taken by patients and the assessment of mental condition and depression for the elderly.

Furthermore, several students of the Faculty of Medicine participated in the events to serve the elderly and provide a medical registration system at the place. As well as 3 doctors of excellence of graduate students of the first SU Faculty of Medicine graduates supervised their follow-up during the registration and examination.

The patients were pleased with the presence of students and supervisors and requested that the visit be repeated. Some of them were also asked to provide their medicines and attend some medical specialties to check on them, which will be coordinated later.
