As part of his tours at various faculties and following his visit to the SU Faculty of Education, the SU President visited the SU Faculty of Science accompanied by Prof. Dr. Ezidine Husseini Jad, acting SU Vice-President for Education and Student Affairs.

At the SU Faculty of Science, they were received by Prof. Dr. Sherif Fahmy, Acting SU Vice-President for Postgraduate and Research Affairs and Dean of the Faculty, the faculty undersecretaries, the teaching Staff, and several students.

The meeting began with the word of Prof. Dr. Sherif Fahmi welcoming the SU President and the SU Vice-President for Education and Student Affairs. He then spoke about the achievements of the SU Faculty of Science during the previous year and explained that the SU Faculty of Science this year received an increased number of students in non-traditional programs, more than 300 students.

In his speech, Hnijal welcomed new and old students and the teaching staff at the beginning of the academic year and the glorious celebrations of October. Then, he spoke with students stressing the development of the concept of loyalty to various institutions, whether faculty or university, the region and the country.

The SU President also stressed the need not to heed rumors, received information from reliable sources, and then emphasized to all officials of the faculty the need to encourage students to undertake research projects, and publish their research in scientific journals with high-impact factors, which is of great importance.
