Under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Al-Sayed Al-Sharkawi, the SU president, and under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Said Hamed, the SU vice-dean for community service and environment development affairs, Suez University participated in the Comprehensive development convoy. This convoy was organized by Damietta University within the Convoys of East Delta Universities.

Moreover, the convoy went to Kafr Sa 'ad Center, Mit Abu Ghalib with medical disciplines from the SU Faculty of Medicine (Cardiothoracic - Internal Diseases - Orthopedic), as well as an awareness side from staff members of the Faculty of Arts. As well, the participation of the Technical Nursing Institute with an awareness seminar on colds, sinus infections, diabetes and pressure care, breast diseases and how to detect them, and the advantages and disadvantages of family planning methods.
