Suez University announces the opening of the first semester of Postgraduate Studies (Diploma - Master - PhD) for the academic year 2024/2025. From 11 August 2024 to 15 September 2024.

All documents must be handed over and the rest of the procedures must be completed by visiting postgraduate administrations in faculties within the specified phase.

Documents required for students applying for enrolment in postgraduate programs at university faculties are as follows:

1. Academic university certificate.

2. Master's degree (for doctoral enrolment).

3. The student's grades during the study years.

4. Diploma certificate in postgraduate studies.

5. A statement about Master's/Ph.D. degree concerning courses passed by the student.

6. Birth certificate or an official extract of it.

7. A copy of a valid National ID Card.

8. (6) of personal photos 4x6.

9. Approval of the employer to enroll and study for associated staff and researchers of Egyptian universities and scientific research centers of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.

10. Approval of the employer (if the applicant is an officer of the armed forces or a police officer).

11. Recruitment status for male students.

12. The student acknowledges that he is not registered to study any diploma or university degree in the same faculty or other faculty at any Egyptian university.

13. The student signs a full-time admission to study two days a week if the study is needed (or according to the internal regulation).

14. A certificate of experience is required to enroll in postgraduate programs according to the internal regulations of the faculties.

15. Plastic case.

In addition to the conditions mentioned in each faculty's regulation as a condition of registration.

For international students:

- Registration is made on the study in Egypt platform.

The requirement to get a degree certificate from the university:

All students must receive the following courses from the University's Capacity Development Center to get a degree certificate:

1. Students with postgraduate diplomas receive one course.

2. Master's students receive two courses.

3. PhD students receive three courses.

All students must receive a digital transformation course to get a degree certificate.
