Hnijal also stated that during the lecture delivered by Professor John McGovern, Consultant for Higher Education of the British Council in Cairo, He addressed ways of internationalizing higher education, setting its own goals, and exploring means of achieving them, including the development of study programs and the possibility of establishing partnerships between Egyptian and British universities to create joint postgraduate and scientific research programs of mutual interest as well as exchanging experiences between teaching staff and researchers.
