Prof. Dr. Ashraf Hnijal, the SU President, announced that the Solar Systems Consulting and Testing Centre (SETC) of the Faculty of Technology and Education has received the Accreditation from the Egyptian Accreditation Council (EGAC) according to ISO 17025.

SU President explained that this accreditation is one of the objectives of the sustainable development of the Egyptian State. It is also a translation of the themes of "sustainability" and "communication" within the National Strategy for Higher Education and Scientific Research launched by His Excellency Prof. Dr. Mohamed Ayman Ashour, the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research.

Moreover, this achievement enhances the Centre's position as a reliable reference in the inspection and calibration of solar energy systems. It reflects its commitment to global standards of quality and efficiency, enabling it to compete effectively in domestic and international markets and enhance its reputation as a reliable and accredited testing center.

On this occasion, the SU President thanked all the members of the faculty's accreditation team led by Prof. Dr. Hussam El-Din Mustafa Attia, the Dean of the Faculty and Director of the Center, for his efforts and dedication in working to reach this stage. His Excellency also thanked Bassam Awani Hamid, the Executive Director of the Centre, and Dr. Nader Mohamed Abdulmohsen, the Technical Director of the Center wishing everyone continuous progress and success.
