The Smart Security System team from the Faculty of Computer and Information was able to get 1^st place in the competition of the "Hackathon" Summit Forum at Benha University 2023, Track 7: Smart Insurance and Smart Surveillance, amid competition from 25 teams from various public, national, and private universities.

Moreover, the team of the Faculty of Computer and Information participated in the competition under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Yasser Amon Sharabi, the dean of the faculty, and Dr. Noha Mohamed Mohamed Abdel Nabi.

On this occasion, Prof. Dr. Al-Sayed Al-Sharkawi, the SU president, congratulated the members of the team on the page of the University's Media Centre. Furthermore, he congratulated them on this great achievement, which raised the name of Suez University in one of the largest forums, wishing everyone all success and progress.

“Al-Sharkawi” stressed the university's desire to support students in various scientific fields and encourage innovation, research, and development, to provide outputs capable of keeping up with the requirements of the labor market.
