In accordance with the directives and auspices of General staff of war Abdel Majid Saqr, the Governor of Suez. and Prof. Dr. Al-Sayed Al-Sharqawi, the SU president, a meeting was held at the Faculty of Engineering under the chairmanship of Prof. Dr. Ashraf Hnijel, the dean of the faculty, in the presence of Engineer Hafiz Awad, the head of Suez Engineers, staff members of the faculty, the heads and engineers of neighborhoods in the governorate, management of the building licensing system in Suez governorate as well as gentlemen's consultancy and engineering offices in Suez governorate.

The meeting discussed all ways of finalizing the new building permits as soon as possible, in accordance with the Egyptian State's vision at the present time and taking advantage of the expertise and potential of staff members.

Hnijel explained that this is not the first time such meetings have been held aimed at achieving the faculty's role in serving the surrounding community through the contribution of distinguished academic staff members with their expertise in the field of specialization in the process of extracting building permits in the governorate in accordance with the vision of the State.
