Cairo University (28 teams), Nile National University (24 teams), Shorouk Academy (29 teams), New Cairo Technological University (11 teams), Pharos University (20 teams), Horus University (21 teams), Port Said University (11 teams), Al-Arish University (13 teams), Zagaziq University (10 teams), Assiut University (27 teams), Aswan University (30 teams), New Valley University (7 teams), City of Scientific Research and Technological Applications (9 teams), Egyptian Russian University (18 teams), October University for Modern Sciences and Arts (19 Teams), Alexandria University (98 Teams), Delta University for Science and Technology in Quweisna (13 teams), Benha University (10 teams), Al-Galala University (26 teams), Suez University (10 teams), Alamein International University (23 teams), Damanhour University (49 teams) Samannoud Technology University (19 teams), Tanta University (13 teams), Ain Shams University (18 teams), Suez Canal University (28 teams),  Menoufia University (26 teams), South Valley University (20 teams), Kafr Alsheikh University (10 teams), Al-Azhar University (14 teams), and Deraya University (11 teams).

To compete for:

- Obtaining one of the top positions at the university level with valuable prize money provided by the Fund.

- The University's representation in innovative qualifiers at the regional geographical level as well as competing for one of the top positions at the regional level with greater awards and support.

The start-up Olympics competition targets students and researchers at Egyptian universities, institutes, centers, and research bodies, who have innovative ideas, want to develop them into a real business model, and create a start-up company. The benefits of participating in the program include:

• Financing the winning companies with 500,000 pounds and services worth 500,000 pounds, in addition to participating in the television show GenZ.
