This morning, Prof. Dr. Ashraf Hnijal, the SU President, visited the Faculty of Technology and Education to participate in the discussion and arbitration of some graduation projects for faculty students. Prof. Dr. Ezzedine Husseini, the Acting Vice-President of the University for Education and Students, Prof. Dr. Hossam Edine Moustafa Attia, the Dean of the faculty, undersecretaries, and teaching staff members, met the SU President. The SU President discussed the graduation projects of the Department of Civil and Architectural Construction, such as:

- Assessment of facilities and rehabilitation of concrete elements.

- The effect of using popcorn as an alternative to aggregate on concrete properties.

In addition, he inspected his sovereignty for several projects, such as the "Analysis of the built-in air parking with a solar-powered cooling and heating system to meet the requirements of thermal comfort in residential buildings", as well as other projects in the various specialties of the faculty.

Furthermore, the SU President expressed his pleasure at the outstanding level of student projects reflecting the extent of effort made to refine and develop students' academic skills and potential so that the faculty offers a distinct group of graduates capable of competing strongly in the labor market. The SU President also noted that these projects reflect creative ideas that provide many eco-friendly factors.

For his part, the Dean of the Faculty welcomed the SU President at his Faculty of Technology and Education. He praised the faculty's great support from the SU President and Mustafa noted the directives of the SU President on the need to encourage applied scientific research. He also explained that the SU President has directed to provide all the necessary possibilities to raise the efficiency of the faculty workshops, especially the textile workshops of the faculty to provide its services to the surrounding community of the University.

It should be noted that Prof. Dr. Ashraf Hnijal, the SU President, is a Professor of Construction Engineering at the University. He previously worked at the Faculty of Technology and Education and graduated in positions until he became the undersecretary of the Faculty of Postgraduate Studies. He then took the task of founding the Faculty of Engineering at Suez University to become the first dean of the SU Faculty of Engineering.
