As part of his inspection tours of the exams of various university faculties, Prof. Dr. Ashraf Hnijal, the SU President, visited the Faculty of Petroleum and Mining Engineering this morning. He was met by Prof. Dr. Essam Ahmed, the Dean of the faculty, vices dean of the faculty, and Teaching Staff Members.

During the tour of the University's President between examination committees, His Excellency wanted to hear some students' views to ascertain the examinations' appropriateness and ensure that all possibilities and components of the examination process were provided optimally.

Furthermore, he listened to some students' views about their plans during the summer vacation. He also assured them of the need to invest this time in training and developing skills and abilities, in a way that yields a positive return that qualifies students to compete strongly in the labor market in the future.

Moreover, he saw some examination papers to ensure they met quality standards. He stressed the need for the faculty's management to work continuously in correcting and monitoring the grades of the courses, in preparation for their announcement at the appropriate time.
