SU President inspects the second term exams of the Faculties of Science, Dentistry, and Physical Therapy at the headquarters of electronic testing

This morning, Prof. Dr. Ashraf Hnijal, the SU President, inspected the second-semester examinations held at the university's electronic testing building, where during the morning the examinations of the Faculties of Science, Dentistry, and Physical Therapy. Moreover, Prof. Dr. Ezz El-Din Husseini, the Acting SU Vice-President for Students and Education Affairs and the Dean of the Faculty of Science, joined him during the inspection of the second-semester examinations held at the university's electronic testing building, where during the morning of the examinations of the Faculties of Science, Dentistry, and Physical Therapy were conducted.

Furthermore, the SU President stated that the University's interest in the application of the electronic testing system comes within the framework of the presidential directives of the importance of digital transformation Sustainable Development Plan 2030, Its fourth theme includes governance of State institutions by providing a digital transformation system and automating most services in which the concept of digital transformation offers a great deal of objectivity and impartiality in evaluating students academically, as well as providing much material and human effort in the organization and preparation of traditional tests.

In addition, Hnijal explained that His Excellency Prof. Dr. Mohamed Ayman Ashour, the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, has consistently emphasized the need to disseminate this type of evaluation method to students in various faculties and disciplines so that all students at the university benefit from the positive feedback of electronic tests: transparency and speed of completion of various types of exams easily and conveniently.

Hence, the SU President took a tour through the various examination halls where he spoke with some students, listening to their views and observations, if any. He also pointed to the need to overcome all obstacles that may confront the electronic testing system. His Excellency stressed the importance of providing all amenities for students to take exams optimally.

For their part, the students expressed their pleasure in talking with the president. They stressed that they would make the utmost effort in their studies and their university life, which, in addition to the academic aspect, encompasses a great deal of life experience, enrichment of knowledge and skills, and the refinement of talents, in preparation for adequately qualified entry into the labor market.
