Prof. Dr. Ashraf Hnijal, the SU President, announced the Care Code team from the SU Faculty of Computer and Information won second place in the "Egypt Summit for Community Investment Projects" competition, which collaborates between the Innovators Care Fund and the International Hult Prize Competition.

This competition is under the auspices of Prof. Dr. Mohamed Ayman Ashour, the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research. He stressed the importance of competition, one of the most important initiatives to motivate the youth to create entrepreneurship. It contributes to the release of their positive energies. It involves them in the sustainable development process of Egypt. In addition, he noted that this competition provides an ideal platform for the youth to showcase their innovative ideas and entrepreneurial projects that address the needs of society. For his part, the SU President is pleased with this outstanding achievement. Hence, he stressed that his constant concern for the participation of students from various disciplines in such events and competitions comes from the axes of the National Strategy for Higher Education and Scientific Research, which includes the axis of entrepreneurship and innovation concerned with supporting and stimulating innovation, as well as providing human and material resources to support these innovations. Moreover, he congratulated the winning team members, wishing everyone continued progress and success.

For his part, Prof. Dr. Yasser Amon, the Dean of the faculty, said that the participation of the students of the team in this competition reflects how keen the students are to refine their skills and abilities, relying on the support they receive from the faculty and the University.
