Opening of the first training forum at the Faculty of Technology and Education of Suez University

This morning, Prof. Dr. Ashraf Hnijal, the SU President, opened the first training forum to link the labor market to undergraduate study. It was organized by the Faculty of Technology and Education under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Hussam Al-Din Mustafa, the Dean of the faculty, with the participation of students as an essential partner.

Furthermore, the conference was attended by the leaders of companies in the fields of steel, textile, industrial grass, spinning, electricity, petroleum, and contracting.

In the opening speech, the SU President stressed that this forum would not be merely a recommendation but would seek to be one of the fundamental pillars of linking company and factory owners to scientific and practical teaching curricula.

For his part, the Dean of the Faculty stated that this forum will come up with recommendations stemming from the vision of students and the preparation of several forums throughout the year in preparation for the graduation of these recommendations by the university's policy aimed at raising the capacities of its graduates to suit the development of production technology in factories.

During the sessions of the Forum, there was an open debate between the students of the faculty and the representatives of the companies, which revolved around the training systems of the companies and the extent to which the students benefit from it. The discussion also revolved around the needs of the labor market of the graduates of the faculty and the skills required of the graduates. Participants trained the faculty students and then commended them for their seriousness and commitment.
