This morning, Prof. Dr. Al-Sharkawi participated in the police day celebrations, so he went to Suez Security Directorate headquarters. He was accompanied by General Staff / Abdu Al-Majed Saker, the Governor of Suez, and General Staff / Assem Jumaa Ashour, the commander of the Third Field Army. They were met by Major/ Mohamed Al-Alfy, the assistant minister of the interior and the director of Suez security. Hence, Al-Sharkawi gave the University shield to General/ Mohamed Al-Alfy, the director of Suez security, in recognition of the efforts of the brave Egyptian police officers to maintain security and stability.

The attendance then went to the memorial headquarters, where the wreaths were laid on the memorial to the martyrs of the Egyptian police. After that, the attendance exchanged congratulations on this occasion, which coincides with the anniversary of the revolution of January 25^th, which expressed the Egyptian aspiration to build a new future for this dear country.
