This afternoon, at his office, Prof. Dr. Ashraf Hnijal, SU President, received Prof. Dr. Karim Hamam, Adviser to the Minister of Higher Education for Student Activities and Director of Leadership Development Institute, A d. Husam Al-Sharif, Undersecretary of the Institute in the presence of Prof. Dr. Ezzedine Husseini, acting as SU Vice- President for Education and Student Affairs, as part of the University's preparations for the inauguration of the first Student Activities Festival at Suez University, organized in cooperation with the Student Activities Sector of the Ministry, and the Leadership Development Institute at the Ministry of Higher Education, under the slogan "Egypt Free - Safe - Secured".

Moreover, Hnijal discussed all preparations with the university guests from receiving guests and accommodation and conducting all rehearsals till the opening ceremony. The SU President pointed out that the festival of student activities comes within the framework of Egypt's celebrations of the liberation of Sinai from the valiant land of Suez, which has witnessed many struggling and striving.

Furthermore, The SU President escorted the Minister's Adviser and the accompanying delegation to inspect the Al-Nasr Petroleum Lounge where attendees inspected the final preparations for the festival's launch. Then, the guests moved to the headquarters of the new University dormitories, the residence of the participating delegations. The delegation wandered the reception, accommodation, and dining rooms. After that, the SU President and the Minister's advisor went to the stadiums and the venues where the competition of various activities would be held. Hamam was pleased with the organization and arrangements in this regard.
