This afternoon, Prof. Dr. Al-Sayed Al-Sharkawi, the SU president, and a group of SU leadership participated in the ceremony organized by the Saudi Consulate in Suez on the occasion of the National Day of Saudi Arabia. The presences were met by Mohamed Abdullah Al Dossary, the Consul General of Saudi Arabia.

The ceremony was attended by Admiral Osama Rabie, the Chairman of the Suez Canal Authority, Dr. Abdullah Ramadan, the deputy of the general staff of war/ Abdel Majid Saqr, the Suez governor, Parliament and Senate members, and a group of Popular and Executive Leaders at the governorate.

Furthermore, “Al-Sharkawi” expressed his pleasure at participating in this celebration, which is an expression of the depth of Egyptian-Saudi relations rooted in deep history. In view of the great prestige and capabilities of the two countries at the Arab, Islamic and international levels, the Two countries are the poles of relations and interactions in the Arab regional system as well as the great historical and honorable attitudes taken by the parties towards each other, which emphasize the depth and strength of the sincere brotherhood's relations between the two countries at the governmental and grass-roots levels.
