Under the auspices and directions of Prof. Dr. Ashraf Hnijal, SU President, Suez University organized a visit by a delegation of students and teaching staff members to the Cairo International Book Fair in its 55th edition on the ground of exhibitions in Al tgamoa Al khames with the slogan "We make knowledge... We preserve the word" from 24 January to 6 February.

Moreover, the SU President stated that this visit is in line with the recommendations of the Supreme Council of Universities on the importance of integrating young university students during the mid-year vacation in various cultural activities. He stressed the University's desire to organize such visits periodically every year. The University also organizes events and book fairs because of the great cultural and knowledge services it provides to all its pioneers.

For their part, the university students visited several wards of the exhibition, such as the wards of the Ministry of Defense, the police, the Administrative Control Authority, and other wards of various Egyptian, Arab, and international publishing houses. The members of the delegation expressed their pleasure at this visit, which undoubtedly reflects the University's interest in organizing cultural awareness for them and the various members of the University.
