Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research follows up on completion rates at Suez University Branch in Abordis in South Sinai

SU Media Center Camera followed the tour of Prof. Dr. Mohamed Ayman Ashour, the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, at the Suez University branch, Abordis, in the South Sinai governorate. The tour was witnessed by General Staff of War/ Khaled Fouda, the governor of South Sini, and Prof. Dr. Ashraf Hnijal, the SU President. It was attended by Prof. Dr. Mustafa Rifat, the Secretary of the Higher Council of Universities, Prof. Dr. Maher Mousbah, the Secretary of the Council of Private Universities, General Staff/ Haitham Zaki, the Assistant Minister for National Projects, and Prof. Dr. Ashraf Hussein, the President of King Salman International University.

Therefore, Ashour commended the completion rates and the timetable for the implementation of the University's facilities, buildings, and facilities following the previously agreed specifications, which are in line with the latest global systems of the first phase of the university branch. The first phase includes faculties of science, Arts, Education, and commerce. The first phase cost about one billion hundred and ten million pounds. The second Phase is to be implemented to include the establishment of the Faculty of Engineering, Residency, University Administration, Conference Hall, and Library. Next comes the third phase includes practical faculties, medical faculties, and the medical complex. Then the fourth stage includes a sports city, an Olympic sports complex, a covered lounge, and a semi-Olympic swimming pool.

Moreover, The SU President stated that the State, under the leadership of His Excellency Abdelfattah El-Sisi, the President of the Republic, to establish a branch of Suez University in South Sinai, comes from the importance of providing all components of comprehensive development for Sinai. This branch is a nucleus for the establishment of an independent university serving the people of South Sinai.
