This morning, Prof. Dr. Ashraf Hnijal, SU President, visited the headquarters of the University's Electronic Testing Centre to follow up on the first semester tests of some faculties, where he was received by Prof. Dr. Sharif Fahmy, Acting Vice-President for Postgraduate Studies and Research Affairs and the Dean of the Faculty of Science, faculty undersecretaries, and teaching staff members.

Moreover, The SU President walked between the halls of the Center to follow up the examination process and ensure that the questions conformed to quality standards, stressing the need to provide all possibilities and amenities for students.

Then, Hnijal spoke with some students to hear their views on the exams.

Furthermore, the SU President stated that the new and soon-to-open Electronic Testing Centre is equipped at the highest level, with huge possibilities of testing more than 6,000 students per day. Hnijal also explained that the University's work in this regard comes from the belief in the importance of electronic testing in improving the quality of education. Therefore, reliance on a test based on speed and accuracy is much higher than any traditional non-electronic test. Electronic testing is done by collecting different types of data, applying specific criteria, and making appropriate decisions, as well as providing the greatest transparency in corrections, monitoring, and prompt announcement of results.
