“Hnijal” heads the Board of Directors of the University Performance Development Center

This morning, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the University Performance Development Centre was chaired by Prof. Dr. Ashraf Hnijal, the SU President. It was attended by the SU Vice-Presidents and the members of the Centre.

At the beginning of the meeting, the President welcomed the center members wishing everyone success. Then, the unit managers presented the most important achievements in various sectors. The unit managers also reviewed plans to be implemented in different sectors in the next period.

Moreover, the unit managers explained the current situation of their units and their vision for the future requested by the President of the University to see the most important developments and develop the entire units in a sophisticated manner according to the latest regulations and developments in the hope of fruitful cooperation and the formation of working teams and continuous linkage between the different units.

Furthermore, the SU President appealed to everyone to update the University's website, the role of faculties in providing it with full information, and highlighting the role of quality, strategic planning, evaluation, and measurement in the next phase.

Therefore, Hnijal appreciated the distinguished researchers and decided to pay the remaining late rewards to the researchers and direct all researchers to the most influential and internationally classified journals, valuing the role of the digital library and electronic services in the recent period.

The attendees also explained some of the problems facing the work of various units. "Hnijal" pointed out that all necessary measures should be taken to overcome any obstacles. He also stressed the need to work at a rapid pace to bring the University to catch up with advancement in the higher education and scientific research sector in Egypt, stressing the importance of working to provide all the components of the University's grading locally, regionally, and internationally.
