Inauguration of Haya Karima Headquarters at Suez University

This morning, Prof. Dr. Ashraf Hnijal, the SU President, inaugurated the Suez University Headquarters of the presidential initiative "Haya Karima" at Suez University with the participation of Colonel\ Adel Taher, the Director of the Office of Haya Karima in Suez, and M. Mahmoud Abdulaziz, the General Coordinator. It was attended by the SU Vice-Presidents, Deans of faculties, Teaching Staff, Employees, and many students from various faculties of the University.

Therefore, the SU President explained that this campus headquarters aims to spread the culture of volunteerism and promote the positive participation of young university students, as well as to provide some social assistance to students at the university, as well as to provide awareness services to students of the importance of positive participation in next week's presidential elections, as well as to assist students to learn about the headquarters of their electoral committees.

Moreover, Hnijal pointed out the role of the youth in political life and the importance of participating positively in various political events. He also urged students to conduct their electoral rights, stating that active participation in this democratic process would have a great impact on the reflection of a positive image of Egypt in various countries of the world.

Furthermore, the SU President stressed that one of the roles of the University is to provide outreach services to raise awareness of the importance of participation in the electoral process, which results in the voters feeling the influence of their electoral vote on the right track.

The SU President explained that the opening of the day is the beginning of an initiative to raise awareness of the importance of volunteering and community work for university students and to publicize the various projects undertaken by the initiative of Haya Karima for Egyptian citizens.

The Haya Karima initiative is one of the presidential initiatives aimed at relieving citizens of the neediest communities in rural and urban informal areas. The initiative relies on a range of service and development activities that will ensure a "decent life" for that group and improve their living conditions.
