Prof. Dr. Ashraf Hnijal, the SU President, announced the University's entry into the British Times Higher Education ranking of Arab Universities “THE 2024”.

Hnijal explained that the progress of Suez University and its continued competition to reach advanced levels; is the result of work and effort to provide all the requirements and possibilities for entering into such international classifications, which is based on the promotion of scientific research and innovators; To provide qualified, capable outputs that meet the requirements of the labor market that can build Egypt and place it on the status it deserves regionally and internationally.

The SU President expressed his deep thanks and gratitude to His Excellency Prof. Dr. Mohamed Ayman Ashour, the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research; In its ongoing effort to support various universities and institutions' research and researchers, and to provide all means to place Egypt's higher education and scientific research system in advanced centers of international rankings.

On this occasion, Hnijal congratulated all the university from teaching staff, researchers, employees, students, and the university's classification file team.

The SU President stressed the need to continue to work diligently and faithfully to raise Suez University, stressing that this achievement is the fruit of years of sincere work and reflects the tireless effort of faculty, researchers, and all the University's staff to develop and upgrade it not only locally, but globally; To provide an exceptional learning experience for students, this is an enhancement of the University's position on the global scene, providing it with broader opportunities for international academic cooperation, and providing distinctive educational and research opportunities for University staff.

It is worth mentioning that the international rankings of universities are one of the most important means by which academic levels are judged in the higher education sector according to criteria and conditions that are determined by scientific objectivity. The rankings of the British "Times" are one of the most prominent international rankings that are objective and transparent in governance at the university level in the world.
